Day 1 - Thursday
- Arrive in lovely Colorado and make your way up to Boulder!
- Check in any time after noon at the Settlers Park Ballroom (you will receive your group assignment at this time)
- Market Place Preview: 12:00 to 5:00 pm, Settlers Park Ballroom
- Enjoy dinner in one of the numerous restaurants near the hotel
- Evening Reception: 6:00 to 9:00 pm
- Your weekend begins with the evening reception where you'll have the opportunity to meet and socialize with your instructors and fellow attendees; hors d'ourves and dessert will be served
Day 2 - Friday
- 6:30 - 9:00 am Attendees staying at the Embassy are welcome to enjoy a complimentary made to order breakfast
- 8:30 - 5:30 pm Marketplace open for your shopping pleasure
- 9:30 am Your first class begins
- 12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch will be served in the Plaza
- 2:00 - 5:00 pm Open Shopping for non-attendees
- 1:30 - 4:30 pm You'll complete your first class
Day 3 - Saturday
- 6:30 - 9:00 am Attendees staying at the Embassy are welcome to enjoy a complimentary made to order breakfast
- 8:30 - 6:30 pm Marketplace open for your shopping pleasure
- 9:30 am Your second class begins
- 12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch will be served in the Plaza
- 2:00 - 5:00 pm Open Shopping for non-attendees
- 1:30 - 4:30 pm You'll complete your second class
Day 4 - Sunday
- 6:30 - 9:00 am Attendees staying at the Embassy are welcome to enjoy a complimentary made to order breakfast
- 8:30 - 5:30 pm Marketplace open for your shopping pleasure
- 9:30 am Your last class begins
- 12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch will be served in the Plaza
- 2:00 - 5:00 pm Open Shopping for non-attendees
- 1:30 - 4:30 pm You'll complete your last class
Your evenings are free - explore the Boulder area. Boulder offers a wide array of dining and shopping options. Some students may be attending alone, please consider including them in your evening plans.
