Registrations for previous attendees opens Friday February 7, 2025
The 2025 Lottery will open February 19, and will accept entries until 11:59pm (MST) February 27, 2024.
Lottery winners will be posted on the Lottery page and Facebook. An email will be sent with registration information to lottery winners.
Any cancellations will be filled through our lottery system.
With the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we are recommending all attendees, instructors and CBR staff be up to date with vaccination, including booster shots as advised by the CDC. Additionally, CBR staff will enforce whatever safety protocols are currently mandated by state and local governments.
Tuition: $725
A $175 deposit (all of which is nonrefundable) will be due to reserve your seat. Alternatively you will have the option of paying in full once your registration is received. Any balance will be due June 27, 2025.

Expect tons of inspiration, lots of laughter, gorgeous beadwork, and, of course, chocolate!
DOES NOT INCLUDE
- Kit fees. Kits are an additional cost to be paid directly to the instructor.
- Dinner. Attendees are on their own for dinner.
- Hotel Guest Rooms. Attendees are responsible for their hotel stay.
- Transportation. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the retreat venue.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- To reserve your space in the Colorado Bead Retreat a $175.00 non-refundable deposit is required.
- In the event you are unable to attend at the last minute, your fully paid registered space is transferable to the next lottery winner. We would be happy to put you in touch with that person. Please be aware, this will result in you losing early registration access for future retreats.
- We encourage you to obtain Cancellation and/or Travel Insurance. Colorado Bead Retreat, or any of our subsidiaries cannot be held responsible for your cancellation for any reason. .
- Should Colorado Bead Retreat need to cancel the event any monies you have paid will be refunded in full.
- Colorado Bead Retreat reserves the right to decline registration at our discretion.
Colorado Bead Retreat Etiquette
- Always be kind to others.
- Please treat the teaching, marketplace, and venue staff with respect.
- Respect the instructor’s intellectual property. Patterns are not to be shared or sold and are for student’s personal use only. When in doubt, always ask the instructor beforehand.
- Kits are mandatory. The retreat is a package deal. Anyone who does not purchase the kit will not be invited to attend future retreats. Please do not ask to work on a different project in class. Please do not ask the instructor to make an exception for you, the answer will always be ‘no’.
- You will be expected to purchase the kit color you select at pre-ordering. If you wish to select a different color, you must inform the Organizers at least 3weeks prior to the retreat. All kit sales are final.
- No sales by attendees/students of any kind are permitted without the express permission of the retreat Organizers. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in loss of attendance privileges.
- At the end of class, please have your workstation packed up and exit the classroom within fifteen minutes after class ends.
- Please be mindful of the Marketplace hours and be ready to exit by closing time.
- Understand that at the end of the retreat the instructors and marketplace staff still have a great deal of work to do. Please don’t linger after class or the marketplace after closing time on Sunday.
The Colorado Bead Retreat organizers reserve the right to decline any individual’s registration at their discretion. Adherence to these rules of etiquette will greatly influence this discretion.
